His lack of 3 point shot worries me about how well he could perform. Not too mention the complex defensive schemes.

If jordan played the same way now as he did in the 90s, he would be an all star. But, he would not dominate like in the 90s. The complex zone defenses would force him to shoot more than attack the basket. In addition, His 3ball is not developed, and the gap in athleticism would not be as pronounced. There would be no Dan Majrles or Jeff Hornaceks to exploit.

Bootleg DeMar DeRozan

I agree he probably wouldn't even start

Needing three point shooters to space the floor wasn't necessary back in the day because of the rules in place back then.So it really didnt matter if Jordan's teammates could "space the floor" or not, at least not as much as it would today.

Westbrook and DeRozan were both top 5 in scoring this year despite being below average shooters. shyt, DeRozan's game is basically a diet version of MJ's.

You mean to tell me that as skilled, intelligent and athletic MJ was in his prime that there's people that don't think he'd average more than 30.1 a game in this era when he was still putting up 25+ in advanced age (pre injury) when it was just starting? :dwillhuh:

A better version of demar. Demar has mimicked his game but doesn't have the same finishing ability or the respect from the refs. Back then you get to close to MJ it's a foul, just go ask magic or anyone else on the dream team. You're on drugs if you honestly think Jordan ain't benefit from all those white people in the league. Imagine taking out 15% of the black players in this league right now and replace them white American born white players. LeGM would be going crazy lmao.

Jordan was going up against dan m. In the NBA finals lmao. Imagine lebron James going up against nik stakukus in the finals lmao

Put Jordan with D'antoni and shooters and he's averaging 40 and 10 with ease

If he stat whored he could get 50 every other night

Thunder Dan had great defence though.

Jordan was just so good that there isn't a perimeter defender that could contain him consistently in the history of the league.

I don't know why dudes ignore the addition of zone defenses when they say Jordan would average like 45 points

Yeah Harden or Westbrook would shut him down with their elite defense.
