She's actually smart to hold on a lil longer... wwe is its own worst enemy right now, nxt contracts are short term and alot of the main roster is on the backburner.. pretty soon Dixie can steal em away and bring back competition in wrestling if done right.

The TNA brand has been tarnished. Dixie needs to let someone else run things. She's completely incompetent. People would rather go to ROH, LU, or NJPW than TNA. TNA had their chance to be somewhat competitive but let Hogan and friends ruin everything.
Now that she found a new home I really hope Dixie takes a look at her company and realizes that TNA's best shot is to build stars and not throw cash at every over-40 former WWE/WCW/ECW wrestler who still is looking for a check.
Look at how well EC3 turned oout and start scouting some of the NXT talent WWE throws away; also look into building strong/stable partnerships with promotions in Japan and Mexico.
And go crawling back to AJ Styles with a fat contract because she should have never let him leave.

Make pop break the bank no more cheap shows, have more live shows. Put someone competent in charge that can promote a properTV MA wrestling program, change the writing staff, allow wrestling move sets to be more "indy based". Have announcers call moves and tell the story in the ring.
Again wwe is setting themselves up, they feeling themselves... they are displaying future talents that are not in long term deals with the company in nxt, and placed glass ceilings on current stars.
Imagine Neville jumping ship and be becoming pac again. Cesaro getting his dues in tna.
Once tna is seen as a serious company maybe ROH will work with them, seeing how wwe tried to shyt on them as well.
Even as a stan, a lot of that is easier said than done.
