Make pop break the bank no more cheap shows, have more live shows. Put someone competent in charge that can promote a properTV MA wrestling program, change the writing staff, allow wrestling move sets to be more "indy based". Have announcers call moves and tell the story in the ring.
Dixie's parents stopped spending serious money on TNA a while ago. Probably got tired of spending so much without much return. The rest of what you said requires Dixie herself to change her entire mindset. The problem is she is hardheaded and you can't tell her shyt. She still swears by people like Vince Russo.

The TNA brand has been tarnished. Dixie needs to let someone else run things. She's completely incompetent. People would rather go to ROH, LU, or NJPW than TNA. TNA had their chance to be somewhat competitive but let Hogan and friends ruin everything.
