I was 8 and at lunch when the verdict broke out...the only memory I have of that day is that a black school aide lady brought her video camera to school, the lunchroom was crazy and she was extremely excited, asking for the kids to says congrats n sh1t to the camera :stopitslime:

this would've been on youtube if it happened today.

I finally got around to watching the series on the OJ trial (7 episodes in).

I must say...

I do feel bad for what Marcia Clark went through. She didn't deserve a lot of that.
They really paint Bob Shapiro as a jerk, which, maybe he is.
And perhaps more than anything the show highlights how great of a lawyer Johnny Cochran was.

:ehh:

....
Breh, I did the best I could. I was 19, and there was no Coli at the time. I also remember working at a store called Brandsmart in S. Fl in the Sawgrass Mills Mall. I worked in the warehouse where they would play the radio. Sometimes We'd play 99 Jamz, and at that time Montell Jordan's song "This is how we do it" was big. All the brehs would change the words to "OJ did not do it" and it would piss off the CACS both customers, managers and workers. To the point where they would change to some rock station.
99 Jamz :ehh: ... I remember it also ... it was a mess ... whites and hispanics vs. blacks ...
