Palm Tree's & Blunts
Big timah timah
He's alright.
Kendrick Lamar is the Kevin Hart of hiphopNothing about this guy's music is timeless. He has ZERO classics and the guy is essentially a black clearance sale version of Eminem.
I'm even starting to question if he's the best technical MC in his own click.
In 1997, this guy would get almost zero run. None of his albums could stand the smell test to the prime rappers during that era.
This guy's whole hype train is some funny-style shyt, and that's coming from a poster who likes him amongst the new gen rappers in 2017. I just don't love the dude.

"I didn't feel like doing this but it was needed.
Let's start with Kevin Hart. You have a overrated comic that is supposedly the hottest nikka around.
What has he really done. Mostly wack movie roles,,,2 wack stand ups that hit theaters and some youtube videos.
Got the nerve to mention eddies name in vain, when he is nowhere near that level.
Let's compare his so called run,to other nikkas that had it.
Martin: def comedy jam,the martin show, two funny stand ups (you so crazy, run tell that) that hit theaters and some classic movies (bad boys series, big mommas house, life etc)
Chris rock: (SNL is where i became a fan,cb4,new jack city, the chris rock show, many dope stand ups (bigger blacker etc),hosting awards (but actually doing a great job)
Dave chappelle: His main thing was the chappelle show, but it was so undeniable, that's all we need on him
Eddie Murphy the don: SNL classic sketches,Classic movies for around two decades (beverly hills cop series,48 hours and sequel, coming to america, harlem nights, golden child, trading places, boomerrang, nutty professor,dr dolittle, life, shrek)
Stand ups (delirious,RAW)
What has Kevin really done that will talked about years from now? NOTHIN AT ALL
Kendrick is the same shyt just in hiphop. Let''s look at some past hiphop don's.
Juvenile: When "Ha" dropped, everyone was on the edge of their seats for this different sounding shyt. Everyone loved back that azz up,many bumped follow me now, riide with me,ghetto children, off top etc. Everyone was was reciting his verse on RR's "down bottom" This nikka was really hot.
People wanna compare him to biggie and pac, well let's go to that
Biggie: when this nikka dropped READY TO DIE,even if you didint have the album, you knew Juicy, big poppa, warning, one more chance,WORD FOR WORD,not to mention his performance on total's CANT U SEE remix and others. The shyt was undeniable. If you heard the album, you had to know gimme the loot, machine gun funk,me and my bytch, everyday strugglee, unbelievabl etc etc.
2pac: to me 2pac's 1st classic (album) was thuglife. It wasnt heavy pushed commercially, but regardless, look at some of the songs: CRADLE TO THE GRAVE str8 ballin POUR OUT A LIL LIQUOR bury me a g HOW LONG WILL THEY MOURN ME.
Look at me against the world: If i die tonite SO MANY TEARS dear mama DEATH AROUND THE CORNER fukk the world OUTLAW it aint easy etc etc.
I could add many others but i'm sleepy and my point is made
both of them dudes aint shyt and were elected by powerful executives,to become strong in the game, probably kicking back a huge % on what they make on touring etc.
That's why anyone my age can tell they're buzzes dont feel authentic, nothing like the others i named."
.......this is all in your head.....But to Kevins Credit he has put in the hard work breh....non stop grinding for 10 years 6 stand up specials countless film roles...and he did it by word of mouth and being naturally funny...This nikka had a bio talking like he was the evolution of hiphop.Breh nobody compares Kevin Hart to Eddie Murphy or Kendrick Lamar to Big and Pac..........this is all in your head.....But to Kevins Credit he has put in the hard work breh....non stop grinding for 10 years 6 stand up specials countless film roles...and he did it by word of mouth and being naturally funny...
This nikka had a bio talking like he was the evolution of hiphop.
And he's personally pretended pac was passing him a torch

He'd fail.i can't think of one rapper from that era who has been asked about kendrick that hasn't highly praised him. i think he would do just fine in the 90s
....i think Kendrick would be able to exist in that backpacker, conscience lane and be great in it,even in the 90's....would he get the accolades, and be slurped and called best rapper alive or of all time?hell nah,hed be underground or at best Common status....not a bad place to be,but not the first to come to mind when talking about who he best out.coolio sold millions of records in the 90s, Kendrick would be fine. but ye he's a product of his time & better off in his era, you could say that about every rapper though a lot of 90s rappers would not be as hot in this era
