When you're entrenched in the fukkery and information overload of social media in all facets, even a reasonable person can start to just consume content mindlessly in a masturbatory fashion and not even realizing it. It's all dopamine seeking behavior which leads us down the path to knowing about everything but never taking any action. Even worse all the conflicting info out there due to agendas and misinformation has alot of people making shyt hard on themselves.
If they would just unplug or limit the time they spend online, They would probably get in tune with who they truly are and know how to go about making the positive changes in way tailored to who they are.
Too many people turning to YouTube videos of people selling you what I call 'Motivation Porn'. Videos with epic sweeping music, decent advice and a whole lotta overselling said advice as if its going to revolutionize your life to the point where cannons will be blasting, confetti is flying and every woman will see you as the ultimate alpha male and you'll be floating on this cloud of non stop high energy and productivity.
Nikkas are gettin so pumped up and feeling good about themselves but instead of doing something about it, they just click on another video to chase the same high they got from the last video. This shyt makes you feel like you accomplished something but in reality you havent left square 1 yet. These will be the same nikkas in comments section telling you everything there is to know about something but dont practice it nor do they have real world results to account for all the blabbering they do.
Let2018 be the year of results. NO more mental masturbation, wishful thinking and armchair expertizing anonymously from your keyboard. Trial and error is the only way. fukk what the next person is doing. Learn then apply. Apply. Apply.
