50 and Ja were cool. Ja got robbed by an associate and believed 50 was in on it, or at least didnt try to get it back. So when 50 appraoched him down the line like watup, Ja basically hit him with the
. From there it grew into physical altercations and just got amped from there.
At a certain point, Preme, became associated with the Inc. Some people say he was extorting them, but at the very least he was using them as a front for his drug money, and by which he was going to drop that movie. Supreme was trying to go legit.
50 beef with them was getting hotter and hotter, and they would shoot videos on the Coliseum block in Jamaica, and 50 would show up on his motorcycle and just mess up the whole thing. Cause according to Smurf the murder inc nikkas are not hood nikkas and they werent allowed to just shoot in the hood. So Preme had to start sending 'security' to shadow these nikkas whenever they shot somewhere in southside, not even just for 50, but wolves in general so they knew preme sanctioned it.
There was a specific time where ja was talking shyt in the media, and 50 showed up on the coli block with the gat on his motorcycle, Preme was actually there in person and told him STOP, you fukking with my 'food'.
That points to murder inc was not buddies to him, but a means of income. and having 50 dropping his foot on their neck (by rap disses and by these physical showdowns) is fukking up their popularity/credibility, and in turn fukking up his money flow. Preme himself calls 50 'confused' and an 'angry little boy'. Cause (according to preme) 50 just amps shyt, and doesnt know when to calm down. He said he would repeatedly tell 50 to stop, 50 would oblige, then turn around and drop another diss or hed hear of some other scuffle.
So Preme dropped a blacklist on 50 in an effort to shut him up. Theres that interview when ja talking greasy about 50 like, 'who is 50, i dont know him" and 'Make a nikka die bleeding is nothing, make a nikka die breathing then you saying something"
Its Chaz aka Slim who was keeping Preme calm and not getting 50 slugged asap. A little later, Chaz tried to set up a sitdown with preme and 50 to mediate the situation. 50 said he felt it was a setup to get him killed, so he didnt show. On the flip side when 50 didnt show it made Chaz look stupid so he washed his hands and left town.

Thats when the bounty was dropped on 50 and the attempt was made on his life.
