What you have is a grown man with a decent amount of money/power. Spending a lot of time with an easily influenced. Sex or not, its not a good look. There's plenty of women closer to tygas age for him to hang around with.

Its not about the number, its about waht they have in common and maturity. Granted she is not a "normal" teen still is a teen. I considered myself very mature. Me at 16/17 was not me at 21 and me at 21 was not the as me at 25. Its just the assumed maturity. You at 21 is not the same as you now.
What would be the reason? Its just odd. Do you hang out the amount of time they do with teenage girls? Would you travel with them and party with them? Spend uninterupted days together? Would you allow your daughter to do that claiming the man was her friend?

At some point age doesn't matter but people are still developing mentally betweent those ages. Its suspect. That's 9 years.

you at 16/17 lived the lifestyle of an average teenager, Kylie isn't the average teenager, she's probably more mature than people 5-6 years older than her, Tyga obviously has something in common with her if they spend as much time together as people suggest, and her parents and OLDER siblings allow it, so they agree that she's mature enough to hang with someone his age. I wouldn't let my child hang out with a 26 year old man, but that's the difference between me, poor matt, and rich Kris Jenner, she allows it, Kim allows it, Khloe allows it, Kourtney allows it, Bruce allows it, the only people who seem to be miffed are people who aren't her family members and suggesting how they should raise their child.
