My GOAT professor.

Didn’t appreciate what it meant to be in his class at the time.
I can imagine that the students of Dr Amos Wilson and Dr John Henrik Clark—may peace be upon them—might have felt the same. Even though I live in Florida, I'm seriously contemplating on visiting him and Dr Gerald Ford before they ascend to the ancestral plane.

Maaaaan Baba Clark left this place when I was still a child.
I discovered him in college and was heartbroken I’d never get the chance to meet him.

Same with Dr. Amos Wilson—pbuh—and his death on January 14, 1995 (I was born in '88). In Brother Khalid Muhammad—pbuh—in '01. I started high school in 2002 and didn't know him until 2006-08. So close yet so far.
