Adidas is able to negotiate better prices for materials and production due to the cost advantages of the scale of their production. In addition they already have the logistics to distribute product. That's not some trivial shyt you can just pop up and do. There's a reason that we have only a handful of giant apparel companies in the first place. There's no lane for an up and comer to make it because they have "vision" and "moxie". The money and relationships to pull it off is real, and that's what Kanye was trying to convey.
