I wanna rip the raiders but right now imma let my emotions settle. We had a great season. We have a bright future. RAIDERNATION

Nothing to rip. Our best player and top 3 MVP candidate got hurt. Anyone thinking we were gonna win after seeing how we looked at Denver was fooling themselves. Carr is the team straight up and down. He's our offense and our defense can't withstand all those 3 and outs on offense so in a way he is just as important defensively.

I don't see it. That's never been Carr to play scared. Especially with a full off season to recover. He'll be even better next year

We need a good back up but nothing on offense is really a major concern. We need major changes on defense

Woah Woah Woah we need to figure out how to get our WR core to stop dropping the ball during crucial moments. We need to send Murray on his way and develop the three headed beast known as richard/washington/oLawele so if Carr goes down again we can still have a decent offensive showing. Draft wise though we need defense and should focus on that. Any linebacker that can cover a tight end is sorely needed and top priority. Anyone planning for Aldon to actally be allowed to play? Because if he comes back then we should focus on linebacker over corner but if not then the opposite

Not doubt but those aren't real personnel changes though (Well Murray is), and that's what I was really trying to say. Offense needs to be tweaked but no major changes. OL is elite when at full strength, QB is elite, receiving core is excellent/good, running game is versatile. I wish they'd change OC but that's not likely

On defense, our entire secondary is trash and our coordinator is even worse.
