I go to the store late at night so I won't run into anyone I know and if I see someone, I'll leave. I just hate being around people in general.

Time alone is necessary for personal and spiritual (not religious) development. Plenty of people prefer not to spend time alone because they are not comfortable with the amount of thoughts going on in their mind. But the key is to "quiet" the mind. This is one of the key principles in some religions like Buddhism. Some people don't think this is possible or is a daunting task, so they don't try. But that's not the case.

Some people use meditation or whatever the fukk, but practice or however you want to do it is fine. Once you start to see that it's possible and less "chatter" is going on in your head, you will see what the fukk them nikkas be talking about with that one with self and mental clarity shyt Then you can do cool shyt shyt like out of body experiences and understand shyt that's hard to explain.
