There not many black cops in sac but the few i ran into was pretty cool.

The black cops dont seen to harrass on bs that white cops do.

Im sure it seem bad ones but overall they seem a little better

its because they get paid so well... Most black cops in Cali are doing it because of the 6 figure salary... They view it as a job and only a job. Whereas a lot of white dudes think they are joining delta force since white people romanticize police officers so much... So they go in ready to "make a difference" in very irrational ways...
