He let Warrior come back... twice.

And Warrior held him up for show money.

Punk isn't a "massive" draw but he could be a "very big" one if he were to return.
Yeah Vince pretty much forgives everybody. Sable SUED him and they bought her back and put her in their top angle.

As long as you can make Vince money he'll do business

That's what sad...just like I could see when Cena turned face, it was obvious fans were gonna turn on that and those shrieks for Reigns is not a good thing overall. Especially if Bryan is surpassed and no title shot before Mania.

Bryan should be the one to beat Lesnar, classic David v Goliath angle, but sadly it may be Reigns :snoop:

Thinking like this never makes any sense.

First, it assumes that you buy into the WWE's kool aid that Cena is the best. "If Cena cant do it no one can! :lupe:" :beli: Not only is Bryan a better wrestler than Cena but even in terms of kayfabe he also beat him for the title already, clean(!) After Warrior beat Hogan, should Warrior have never lost again since anyone being better than Hulk was impossible?

But the biggest issue is that this thinking is predicated on your opinion that its not believable or realistic, when the fact is that real sporting contests have upsets all the time, a hell of a lot more often than in WWE. Just because guy A beats guy B, that doesnt mean guy C cant lose to B and beat A. The Spurs can beat the Heat on Sunday, then turn around and get blown out by the Bucks two days later.

I understand what your saying but and first Warrior didn't KILL Hogan at WM 6 like Brock KILLED Cena at SS. Second I've never been on the Cena hate like most, he can wrestle but Bryan is leaps and bounds ahead of him.

And about the upset I understand the Spurs-Heat-Bucks analogy but this is a physical "competition"
that I know is scripted. But if Dbry and Lesnar lock up do you REALLY believe Bryan is the guy to defeat the Brock Lesnar that was at last nights summerslam forget the "he'll be over for life" bs. From what I've seen in WWE and this is why I say they booked themselves into a corner, the only person I see defeating Brock is Cena.

The reason is because it was just too much of a beatdown to think that anyone can stand up to that. If Brock had beat Cena in a hotly contested match where Brock gained his second wind and decisively beat Cena in the last 3 minutes or so THEN I could see guys like Roman Reigns or Daniel Bryan winning the title from him at WM31. But Lesnar's presentation last night is that he has NO equal. With that presentation I really don't think anyone and Tha Mac means absolutely anyone should beat Lesnar. But if someone has to which they do then Cena is the only viable candidate.

Absolutely right it should be Lesnar/Bryan at Mania 31. Whether it actually will be or not is a whole other issue. Not only does Bryan have to be healthy enough to compete, but healthy enough for a Lesnar-type match. Also have to consider the WWE not fukking this up.

That's the part a lot of people aren't taking into account. I doubt Lesnar would go easy on him.

For the sake of his future health I wouldn't want Daniel Bryan anywhere near Brock Lesnar

I would rather see Batista, Rock, Cena get revenge, or Reigns (if built properly)

I agree Dbry is the best wrestler but the way Brock took Cena out there's no one who should beat Brock. Like I said WWE went overboard with the way he beat Cena. There's no way that Bryan can stand up to THAT type of beating.

I don't like this logic.

If people assume Brock can't be realistically beat by anyone after what happened at Summerslam. They are assuming that every wrestlers that faces Brock will have the same "gameplan" as Cena (go straight ahead against the Beast).

Wrestling is way more complex than "Wrestler A destroyed Wrestler B (the biggest in the company) therefore no one will buy anyone else beating Wrestler A". Nah man, there's tons of ways of working around that.

You can sell the idea of Bryan (or whoever ends up beating Brock) having a strategy Lesnar, because he's a cocky motherfukker, didn't see coming and didn't prepare for. Then you have the beast playing catch up.

You can have Brock land awkwardly on his leg and his opponent taking advantage of it.

You can have a hardcore match were weapons even the playing field.

Brock is a beast, he is not god. You can book and make any wood wrestler work around a beast, doesn't matter how dominant that monster is.

Lmao @ people acting like they don't know who they're grooming to beat Lesnar. It's clearly Roman Reigns

We all know that but at this rate the backlash come Mania season might be similar to the one we had this year.

It's gonna take A LOT for WWE to change plans with Reigns but I don't think it's impossible for those things to happen come January when Brock/Reigns will be received by fans like Cena/Angle, only 10x times worse. I don't see Roman main eventing WM31 as a sure thing yet, even if it's WWE plan and they are convinced that's the way to go :manny:
