I say yes. Team owners seem to love him so they'll probably ride with him and see this story fizzle out.

breh, Roger Goodell made like $45 million dollars last year. He has to have the EASIEST job in the world as it pertains to making that kind of coin.

Aint no way in hell he's giving that up.

And if he is, they're gonna have to pay him dearly to leave.

Yep. Today's outrage will be forgotten soon. The owners know the way our world works. We're like cats. One baseball brawl or Peyton throwing for 5 TDs in a half and it's like this never existed. They need someone to be the punching bag for the league while at the same time making them tons of money. He's done both pretty well.

One week later, with more issues for the league, any change of opinions?

We outrage over everything.. Goodell needs there to be something new for the American media/public to get the pitchforks out for. I think he'll still be there

Unless it turns out that he lied about never seeing the video, he could be gone.

Truthfully, I think he should be gone and it's not just because of all the "outrage" recently. He should be gone because he's ruining football. He's making the owners a lot of money in the long term by bringing in casual fans by the bunches by processing and watering down the game making it more palatable for the "more scoring!", gambling, and fantasy crowds. But once you alienate your core fan base, which is starting to happen with the pure shyttiness of the on-field product and flags being thrown every 2 seconds, the casual fans will eventually walk away too once something else catches their fancy. Everything the league does is to grow now, but what about long term? It's like if McDonald's started serving everybody cold fries and mushed up burgers. Sure that happens sometimes, but if they change company policy so that it becomes the standard that everybody receives, eventually people will stop going to McDonald's. It won't happen overnight because it's a habit ingrained in so many people, but they'll get sick of the bullshyt eventually.
