we have a lot of family functions and get togethers and its cooking involved….imagine my family coming over to these dinners and they like who cooked and every time my wife has to be like "him" every time cause she can't or won't learn how to cook only time I'm cool with cooking is behind the grill so in the summtimes she gets a lot of days off

Yeah. That would be some embarrassing shyt, breh. I can't take a woman who lacks cooking skills, seriously, as a potential wife.

We're both private school teachers, breh. We're lucky if we have cereal and milk. I literally signed up to do the afterschool tutoring simply because they serve a snack at 4:00.

nope. I made a roux, used cheddar, dried mustard, a dash of lawry's and black pepper, with pasta.


I never use a box

I saw Zatarain's Dirty Rice in my mom's cabinet and almost wept. Nothing good can come out of a box. Homemade mac and cheese is the first thing EVERYONE should learn how to make. Second is is spaghetti sauce - you can make that stretch for a long time. Third? I'll say mashed potatoes.
