I'm not talking about that Im saying these housing purchases arent scrutinized as much out there as they would be here... Case in point black kid goes to college right, he buys a half a million dollar house cash, You dont think they'll be some sort of investigation of how he got the money to buy it??? You cant do shady shyt here in america without anyone being Nosy.

Sidenote: Let me throw out a theory say somehow I was able to open a dimensional barrier into another world and I can hop back and forth through anytime & I can bring back gold and diamonds back home, and I sell the gold & jewels accruing millions, You really think someone wont ask how this nikka getting all this money from???

I don't think people realize how crazy this epidemic is in Vancouver.

19 year old Chinese kids racing mazeratis,Lambos, and Ferraris down the street with "new driver" stickers on the back of they cars.

Coming over here for university and they parents get them a $10 million condo downtown to have for school.

They do the same thing with sending thier wife's over here to get a 20 million dollar home. And the tripped out part about that is since the wife doesn't work and may have a child (which a nanny takes care of) THEY GET GOVERNMENT CHECKS! The people who got the most help from the government lived in the richest areas

The rich Chinese have found the BIGGEST lick in Vancouver.

And they don't pay taxes, while they use the health care system etc.

Canada sold out, avg van household makes 74k can't even afford a house or condo.

I remember reading a article how sfu students rent a couch or sleep at campus because they can't afford rent in the city

My homie told me a story about a 18 year old Chinese kid that was delivering Pizzas. He would drive a Masaradi to work and hop in a Honda Accord to make pizza deliveries. They audited him because he had over $30 million in his bank account only to find out he was holding his uncles money from China for him.

They find so many ways to hide and clean bread in Canada cause there are so many taxes and tariffs in China. Shyt is like heaven over here to them.

And the white real estate agents,and bankers ,and government officials welcome them with OPEN ARMS.

I agree with you to an extent.

I Ain't mad at the Chinese, I respect the fact that Asians have always mastered and played the white man at his own game.

It still don't make it any less fukked up for young ppl tryna live with high ass rents, mortgages, and taxes cause of the influx of overpriced property they are buying. I blame the government though.

We know damn well if this was some Black people bringing all this dirty/untaxed money over here they would put the clamps on it QUICK. shyt would have these Canadians sick to thier stomach if black ppl raised the cost of living so much while treating they city as a playground.
