We had 2 people leave so we gotta pick up extra work now. This nikka who can't even do basic shyt that an entry level dude should know (he has 7 years experience and keeps asking me questions) nikka I only have 4 years experience. He is 35 I am 30. Our Boss is 32. 
Apparently it is hard to get rid of incompetent nikkas at certain companies.
He can't figure the shyt out. There are a million and one peeps he can ask other than me. He made too many enemies and because I wanted to be diplomatic (I thought the personalities was the problem, turns out nikka can't do even basic shyt right) now he asking me shyt.
Anyone else having nikkas 5 years their senior asking to be babysat by you?
shyt is disgraceful. No he ain't learning challenged either. nikka got an attitude when I come in late (after drinking with a VP at the company mind you)
and he ain't even my boss.
They can't get rid of this nikka I'm like it's really that hard? This is the 3rd client he will fukk up on it should be 3 strikes you're out.
