I am trying to find an article, because I remember how Roland originally wanted more time with this person, as he was suppose to be doing Corporate Espionage for money. However when it came time to shooting and editing, he just figured to just do this scene.
Roland did this in "The Day After Tomorrow" as he didn't link them in story, but it was planned as a duo...
First the Business Man in Tokyo was going to do Insider Trading...
and then his accomplice in America (or maybe it was all 3 of them in the Bus)
