I got to be honest with you most countries outside of the US people handle food with their bare hands. I think the big issue was the lady spitting and the dude stepping on the bread with his feet and the sneezing curry creh.

But yea unless you live there you are advised not to eat the street food.

But they have a level of poor hygiene as a whole that makes me eating their food a no.
