microsoft sold you nikkas a bullshyt console they knew didn't work. now they're taking away your games and giving you licenses instead.

lets see. i use to buy 1 game. 1 game that i could lend to a friend and when i lent it to a friend i couldnt play it. i would also have to remind him to bring my game back when i wanted it back. if he forgot it at home on purpose usually. i had to wait some more time before i could play my game again.
on the old consoles. i could see what games my friend was playing. and if i didnt have that game i could not try it out without renting it or buying it out right or borrowing it from him. when he remembered to physically loan me the copy(after he finished the game of course).
but now with LICENSES. i can lend a game to my friend. no matter where he is in the US of A. when i want it back i dont have to wait for him to give it back physically. i can just close his license to the game and start playing again.
since my friend has games i would like to play. he can only play 1 game at a time. so i get to borrow a license to play any of his games. i dont have to wait for him to bring me the physical copy either.
but i know. licenses are terrible and physical copies are the best.
we don't even know how this whole xb1 game share stuff fully works yet. even if that's your best scenario, i'd still rather have physical copies that i own.
it reminds me of comixolgy, i've spent over a 100 dollars on TWD comics with this app. it's convenient, i can read it on my kindle or iphone and i can share it with trusted friends. but what happens to my comics if comixology ever goes under? the money i spent is literally flushed down the toilet.
now add onto that you NEED daily internet and a subscription to access your licenses with xbox1. plus with this news of gamers losing all their licenses if banned from live.
