The Infamous to me, it's that little bit more consistent I feel, but both are great, beats are incredible.

The infamous had better content and concepts, hell on earth had better rapping and more distinct production.

i found a copy of the "remastered" version that came out with their new album. i don't know if there's any difference but if you're an audiophile you might like it

Havoc was rappin his azz off on Hell On Earth

And Pharrell was clearly inspired by Havoc's production from it

But Q-tip touch on production for The Infamous is why I like that album better though
