True but I was just out there like three weeks ago visiting fam and celebrating my birthday. I'm always looking at homes out there when I visit. Had my rent-a-car and visited all the southern region. Douglasville, the entire airport region way past Old National Highway, etc. Liked Hapeville area but its surprising that one-third of the city is still rural, country, and in the woods even the ATL proper. Its very suburban especially in the outer perimeter with cookie cutter neighborhoods and developments with not much urban amenities and old strip malls. They just need to do a bunch of infill developments and fill in the open areas. I know its going up in price but still they have so much open land just like Texas and Arizona if they so chose to build upon it.
