Bernie'll push for an amendment attached. He does this all the time. If you bother watching his clip, he mentions the good parts of the bill with praise too. It probably doesn't matter much, but his criticism clip is kinda hilarious juxtaposed next to the clip of Mcconnell claiming that only a Bernie supporter could like this bill.
