Some lady on Linkedin actually had a good point.
Gen Z are smart, yes. They also grew up having have a broader world view because of social media and globalization, so they access wider data sources for problem-solving. They are not ashamed to ask for help, they are technology whizkids as a default and are open to new ideas and new solutions.

As younger people tend to be- they think they are smarter than most people, but could do better with older, experienced mentors and coaches who can help strengthen the way they relate in practical situations in the more traditional workplaces.

They are fun to be around- you keep abreast with what's new and trending ..and their insights are very exciting. They tend to need help with social situations, building resilience and sometimes with having a balanced view of themselves. I think each generation brings value to the table, if they work together and collaborate properly and respectfully, the workplace will be 🔥!

A lot of people overlook how vital it is to see other people take on similar tasks. I think Richard Feynman's big discovery that landed him a Nobel Prize in Physics was because he saw a similarity somewhere. Same goes for many other breakthroughs. A lot of creativity actually requires a lot of information.

They may be going into the trades (at least in some numbers). If so, good for them

Mechanic and repair trade programs saw an enrollment increase of 11.5 percent from spring 2021 to 2022, according to the National Student Clearinghouse. Enrollment in construction trades courses increased by 19.3 percent, while culinary program enrollment increased 12.7 percent, according to the Clearinghouse. Meanwhile, enrollment at public two-year colleges declined 7.8 percent, and enrollment at public four-year institutions dropped by 3.4 percent, according to the Clearinghouse.

My only worry about the future of Gen Z is that the Black ones will pick up the laziness, apathy, isolationism and general don't care attitude of White Gen Z thinking shyt is sweet and equal, when it is not. Theyre not in this together as much as they make like to think.

White Gen Z is the only group whose future, wellbeing and welfare matters to the federal government and is guaranteed.
They're considered the future, not Blacks or Hispanics etc.
All current republican legislation today is to prepare a future for White Gen Z.

White Gen Z will be alright no matter how they fukk up, the system is geared to protect and serve them and them alone. Oh well :francis:

That's how much these corporations respect you.

You out there busting your ass for them for decades and they pay some new kid more than you right out the gate on day 1 :mjlol: :heh:

I mean, I totally feel her.

WE can’t afford to have this attitude, but I feel her.

The goal has to be to get this money and make wise investments so that we don’t have to be in these offices forever.

They want fast food workers to get paid $7 to 9 an hour like it was less than a decade ago :heh:

I'm sorry but ol girl sounds goofy as hell.

If you're young struggling to pay your bills cool....but that's not some kinda 4D chess move that's viable for your whole life.

If you're 30 or above late on bills and rent and prioritizing fun above all....you're going to be looked at as a bum and a loser.

I'm not saying let your job kill you but Gen Z is acting like they invented young people not taking a job/life seriously. That's literally what being young is.

She sounds crazy. She could literally have found another job somewhere in her city or moved somewhere that paid more. She’s shytting on older people by saying she came in making the same money they’ve been making for years. Well go somewhere else lol. You’re happier doing odd jobs than having a steady 9-5? That’s crazy af :mjlol: Unless them off jobs are paying you the same or more money you’re playing yourself. I guess she’ll figure it out at some point.
