Word, I remember hearing a couple years back about big money buying up all type of property and homes throughout SoCal, I was like this is how millionaires become billionaires, and billionaires become trillionaires. Who the fukk has 900k+ sitting around to buy up homes in LA like nothing

I swear the game is rigged. My peers are lucky if they can pay 20-50k of debt, and there's mofo's buying up property worth 900k

I always have the biggest look on my face when I be driving down jefferson, and see young white kids casually strolling the hood carefree. Like don't they know they're surrounded almost on all fronts by bad neighborhoods...

Nobody I know has anything worth 900k laying around. That's what some of the houses cost here in Austin. Millionaires become billionaires and billionaires become trillionaires here too in Texas and Los Angeles apparently. Big money is buying up all types of property in Texas, Arizona, Florida, Michigan, and California.
