Did you read my comment in the OP? Sony probably made a deal to have this as a next-gen exclusive (& a PS Vita version) at launch to match up against "Killer Instinct" & "The Fighter Within".

I meant a AAA Fighting Game. Most folks are just gonna dismiss "Divekick" because it a indie PSN game.

DiveKick is awesome though.

It's an easily accessible game that anyone can play. I had a tournament for it at my BDay party last weekend with a room full of women and dudes who don't play games and it was fun to watch. The final were 2 women playing too.

I don't know how gameplay will stack up(early impressions are consistently positive) but there is no way in hell you can say injustice looks better.
