My homegirls and I were talking about the George Zimmerman trial and the new movie coming out about Oscar Grants' life.
Someone in the group asked, "Where the hell are non-black women when black men are getting their arses beat and killed?"
The question gave us all pause because it is a damn good question!
I would like to know, where are all these pawgs you ninjas love/praise/put on a pedestal when their uncles, fathers, brothers, cousins, husbands, friends etc are putting their foot up your arse?
Seems to me, they would have some say, input or power in this situation to influence the behavior of the men of their race (after all, nobody places his woman on a pedestal like the white man).
If any "pawgs" are here, feel free to chime into the conversation.
