Nah. It's acknowledged that men have an objective advantage. FYI i'm not in favor of the transexual woman in the OP competing with women. She has a different bone structure and musculature probably from her time as a man. If she got hormone therapy pre puberty it would be a different story but I dont think she did.

Competition, apart from rules, aint about fairness. It's about who's better. As of right now, women in athletics are basically about being the best among a weaker group. I say let them compete with dudes, even if they never get to be the best. Sports is all about who can win anyway, might as well widen talent and competition pools as far as you can.

As for locker rooms, they can keep that secret or integrate them. In most depictions of the future in sci fi there are integrated baths and shyt. I'm skeptical of that ever working because people are grimey as fukk, but maybe some day when we're all comfortable with our bodies it'll be different

Yeah I don't have a problem with them competing. I just don't think they would have much success. And if men were to compete in women's events it would really mess up the competitiveness. In some cases it could be dangerous, for the same reason they make kids go to college before going to the nfl. A woman jumpin accross the middle taking a hit like this

I know, I'm just saying they should have the ability to compete if they want to. I'm not saying its a viable career strategy or sensible on their part in any way. It's about the principle of the thing, in practice they will lose. But why bar them from the opportunity?

Most people and (probably you included) couldnt identify a male or female skeleton...thats how minor the skeletal differences are..the physiological differences are mostly caused by hormones which is why trannies are sometimes hard to identify...just ask mowgli

Just as a point of pure science, hormones can't change your bone structure if you're already an adult, but they can change your muscle mass/structure at any age.

True but exercise esp weight training has a huge impact on bone density and strength even for females..these female MMA fighters dont have brittle bones

i would be more supportive of this cause if this was somebody who lost their testicles as a baby, and some gender reassignment surgery took place with a lifetime of hormone therapy. under those conditions, the person might actually develop a different build. other than that, no way.
