It still looks livable I’m surprised homeless people haven’t moved in.

Then again it’s prolly in a sectioned off part of town and floods regularly

Come to think of it, are parts of New Orleans still underwater/restricted access to the public? It’s crazy to think that peoples homes may still be underwater after all this time
