This business partner he shouted out in the OP

Listen to what he says: Developments in Uganda and the U.S.

So this African American is making moves with an African NBA basketball millionaire.

So hold up....let me get this straight.

So a Los Angeles based millionaire Eritrean rapper, a current Sudanese millionaire NBA basketball player, and a African American real estate guy are taking their millions they have accumulated and TOGETHER generating quality developments in.........................................................................black communities.

:dwillhuh: :ohhh: :whoo: :mindblown:

Who would ever thought this was possible???

:sas1: African (Diaspora) Business Development Thread

Business, Economy and Infrastructure - SkyscraperCity

So ADOS vs ACL is basically moving backwards when Jokers could be doing Pan African Diaspora business deals in our own communities.....:wow:.......

I vaguely have heard of Luol Deng. I actually pay attention somewhat to NBA, so that means average person has never heard of him and he won't get mega corporation sponsorships. I see his Laker contract before going to Minnesota was $72 million. But look at what he's doing with his NBA generated millions. Breh!!!!! It's so obvious. He's going to triple over time his NBA millions.

We got 1000s of millionaire AAs that waste these earnings on bullshiit, when they could be:
First, working with AA talent in particular field
Second, creating opportunities on the continent and in Diaspora communities
Third, taking some of the generated millions from these business opportunities and making sure our institutions like HBCUs and community centers never starve.

I've said this before, if the NBA was full of Indians and Koreans, I guarantee that money would be building up all types of institutions for the betterment of their people.

This psychology has to gotta change. I know it is already...

Unbelievable wasted opportunity over the past few decades.

I'm not leaning on millionaire athletes for the development of AAs or the Diaspora but cotdamn, these are walking capital that if combined among themselves and with professionals in the community could do amazing shiit. :wow:

Damn breh got his panties soaked

Great business move. I also pass right by that intersection on the way home from work if I decide to go to the office. I myself am looking to buy a house or multi in Inglewood as well.

It's also mind-boggling why people in the area are selling their houses right now :mindblown:

It's cheaper right now, but when the new stadium is finished in 2021 real estate going through the roof.

The thing is, the rich get richer. If you have money, your investments over the next one or two years will expand exponentially.

I love Nipsey, but his store horribly overpriced and that area is a dump.

Building a high priced structure will only hasten the gentrification already taking place there. There are too few affordable areas for african Americans to live as it is. SMH

this

how was he making six figures monthly off of TuneCore? what is that?
Yeah

I saw an interview of his a couple of weeks ago where he talked about caking off streams because he owned all his masters

He said artists complain about streaming royalties because they don’t own their masters but you won’t hear record companies complaining
