Happened in my city, full of press bites like 'gang members pose for selfies at murder scene', and the DA making sweeping statements, but more interesting is the complaint, which offers a unique look into gang life. Basically, west coast crips is one of three crop gangs in San Diego, and roughly 25 of them were indicted and charged under the RICO act, which may be the first in San Diego.

Highlights: a disastrous conspiracy to offload 5,000 pounds of marijuana from a panga in lompoc, ca.

several conversation with the lead defendant breaking down how to 'hustle your ho' and making claims about 'bodies on his jacket', and threatening witnesses and snitches

some funny shyt like surveillance showed that Graves had not held a job in the 6 month period he was under watch….and delivered narcotics everyday, except when too ill to leave the house

This dude is going to do at least 30 years, and its'a sad and telling picture of gang life, as these dudes kill their own homies for cooperating, and just the cutthroat nature and reality of that business, the man is 50 dropping off 3 grams of crack at 3 in the afternoon. Talking about he made a few 100k a year. Then the posted his bank statements.

I went to California for the first time back in the 90's to visit family and play basketball. It was 1993, I remember it like yesterday cause me and my lil bro had gotten our Air Jordan 8's in blue and we went out there stuntin in them shyts. Anyhow, this older mexican kid named Jesse lived on the block I was staying on, and he played where I was too but the older division, so we became cool. I was always noticing the guys in the area always dressed like fukking twins, and I found that real corny. They all dressed the same, and most of it was North Carolina gear. I asked him wtf they did that for, and then he pretty much explained the entire gang culture in LA county to me. It was weird as hell hearing this shyt as a kid, but it resonated.

My cousin on the other hand was not from there, rather he was just a wicked nikka caught up in other people's reality. and it ended with gunshots in the very park we all grew up in.

He was my cousin. Yes, he died getting shot up by teenagers, at the age of 30

They are really not hesitating at all to RICO street gangs that were previously mostly untouched by federal authorities, I'm not saying they had it too good for too long, but all the social media and all the wild shyt they were all doing, only a matter of time. Can't shoot up downtown outside the club, lay dudes out in the street, post up threatening messages on Facebook, and be reckless as fukk in general….Those guys are all looking at some very long sentences.
