Pure facts. I been said this. Folks will probably hate cause dude is on the Cowherd Show. But its straight facts. Of course ESPN was going to be in the mix, but I was surprise the NBA re-uped with Inside The NBA and kept them alive like they did. Goodell and the NFL doesn't allow their broadcast partners to go ham on league and its players for the majority of its broadcasts day in and day out. Its free reign to say whatever on the NBA with Silver at the helm.

FACTS. I will argue ESPN and TNT are 50/50 responsible for this.

It’s really Adam Silver’s fault for not having the balls that Roger Goddell has to protect his product. Goddell will not let the media and former players to destroy the brand. If this was David Stern, he would use the new TV deals as leverage to force ESPN and Inside the NBA to properly cover the new generation with respect they deserve or else another broadcaster will get the the TV deal

Stephen A ,Cowherd and Skip have done way more than inside the NBA

2 of them were apart of the highest rated sports show on the largest sports network and the other is one of the largest sports radio shows in the country

Inside the nba comes on at 1 in the morning and/or is a 30 minute show once …MAYBE twice a week ain’t no amount of clips in the world that’ll have the same impact

These retired players were already shytting on the league to prop up their trash era during Stern’s tenure. Stern did nothing to stop it.

The Stern glazing continues. :mjlol:

NBA media is really negative towards its own product. Barkley and Shaq continue to put foot in mouth not knowing players, plays or the modern game.

And despite this... they got a 75 BILLION fukking dollar media deal.

And the MF'n show got saved by ESPN which generally fans of both the NBA and the show were happy about. I can't explain it but im here for it.

The good news is that ESPN is going to destroy the show by forcing Stephen A in there. :ehh:

It’s a lot easier to blame everything except the trash product on the court.

Every other sport is making changes to improve the actual sport, but hardcore NBA fans think the problem lies with the people in the studio.

Because it’s not that the product is bad, it’s that fans haven’t been told why the bad product is actually good yet. :mjlol:

People seem to like watching ex-players shyt on the current day NBA on a studio show than actually watch current day NBA.

I've never seen this amount of negativity around the NBA in my lifetime (39 years, 30 or so year fan).

What's crazy and amazing is that there are people are in constant denial that the NBA is a trash product right now.
