I went to work today without sleeping
I never drink coffee or anything at work
But today I needed 2 large coffees and a 5 hour jump off
I make it home and pass out at 5 and wake up at 530
Fall back asleep at 11 and I been up since 1130
Doesn't look like I'm going in tomorrow

I get up around 5 everyday to run before work, so I automatically just pass out around that time.

you got those senior citizen hours, whenever I go out at 5-6am it's always nothing but old people out and I know they knock out around 8-9pm.

I live in Boston, which is like runners central. There are hella people out running at 6 am here which I think is pretty cool. There's a pond near where I live that I run around sometimes, and the sunrise over the water is beautiful
