Them selling Spider-Man 3 in parts is hilarious. They're totally doing that and that will be the next step for AAA games. Buy it in parts or wait a few years and get the whole game for a reasonable price.

$49.99 for part 1 $49.99 for part 2 and if you want the multiplayer mode that'll be another $49.99. Or you can wait 2+ years and get them all for $59.99.

This is the level of customer abuse that is born when you don't have any competition to fear. Not even Nintendo would conceive something so foul.

No one rated insomniac before they started doing Spider-Man so I don’t really mind them being the sacrificial marvel lambs as long as we get one more R&C

I’m excited for Wolverine, Spidey 3, and the X-men game. But hopefully we get some original IPs too. I don’t want Insomniac to become a Marvel games studio.

Insomniac is better off being a de facto "Marvel" studio with an occasional Ratchet and Clank. Resistance doesn't seem worth it. At least with Marvel they have literally a bunch of IPs to choose from. They got Spidey, Wolverine, X-Men and who knows what other character they can choose from.
