There’s like a 10 year gap between the last mainline R&C and Spider-Man
Insomniac wouldn’t still be around if they were only making ratchet and clank games still
Marvel brought them into the big leagues

I love Ratchet and Clank but they were NOT on the level of Uncharted, God of War, or even Little Big Planet for that matter. It wasn't until Spider-Man 1 and then Miles Morales that they really started getting up there. I'd say the same with Sucker Punch, Infamous and Sly Cooper kept them in a sort of B-tier studio. It's only with Ghosts of Tsushima and now Yotei that they're starting to get that serious recognition.

As much as I love what they're doing with Marvel, I believe that they still need to pump out something original or reboot some of their old franchises.
Can't say nobody checking for them when there are some of us that actually liked a lot of their original ip.
The Marvel craze is kinda on the downturn.
Spidey will always be popular but everything else not so much.

Honestly, I recently started playing Spiderman 2 and insomniac is killing it.
They need a bigger budget and the chance to make some avengers games.
Original and new storylines in these universes beats whatever the fukk crystal dynamics
was doing.

For the record, I love insomniac.
I actually played (and beat) the entire resistance trilogy.
I own the rachet and clank games.
I really dig spyro the dragon.
I can't speak for anyone else but I definitely, DEFINITELY rate Insomniac.

I’m sure wolverine will be successful but it’s clear marvel properties peaked a long time ago.

I find it funny people care about these leaked documents that show stuff like what is supposed to release and when because every company i ever worked for has some internal document about plans for the future and nearly 100% of that shyt either never happens or doesn't happen at the time they say it will
