How hard some of these elite athletes be working during the off season...
I mean most with common sense already knew this, but to see the examples is just crazy...
Kyrie Irving and Dion Waiters running the Santa Monica stairs on 90 degree days..
Ray Rice running the beach with leg weights and no shoes...
Mayweather doing medicine ball work at 3 in the morning...
All those bitter fans that say athletes are overpaid or "If I was 6'7" I'd be in the league" need to stfu...
I wish we had social networking when Jerry Rice was doing the infamous off season workouts in Mississppi and the San Francisco hills...
Even a marginal player like Nate Robinson looking like a Chippendale dancer with his shirt off while I'm sitting around eating hot wings..

I had a couple of homeboys that used to dance and the club owners wanted 10 packs and minimal body fat percentage. The demands were harder than D1 athlete conditioning.. You would look at a dude and think he's in great shape but he's about to get fired by the club for being

Funny thing is them cats eat hot wings, pizza and all that too...difference is they workout ALL the time so it doesn't matter. Whereas a cat like me and you gotta watch what we eat because we don't work that damn hard.
