I started only watching my friends Stories, but then even those got boring and forced. So I just delete the app and used my account. You also realise your friends are on some BS.

I have X for geopolitical and cyber/intelligence and espionage information.

But really now 85% of my time is reading books. Nothing better than that to take your mind somewhere else when you need a break.
