Stupid, lifeless leg movements.
Complete ignorance to muscle groups and/or decent dieting advice.

I regrettably used to post on the misc. and BB.com
so I've been introduced to different programs, understanding the body, what
exercises work what, setting up meal plans etc.

I'm not top tier natty body builder or anything but I do alright.
SO when I see content that's being pumped out to the masses who don't know much
it legitimately irritates me.

I've had to lecture my girl on what Waist Trainers actually do(n't) train and how fat loss
works and how spot reduction is a myth but I get push back because she's watching
this a$$holes with build a bodies say " if you just work hard enough..... "

Broscience is just as prevalent on Misc as it is anywhere else. Some people on BB.com know their stuff, many are just Crossfitters with heavier weights waiting to do themselves an injury. Same as on IG or whatever other site.
