Your OP implies that women have the fetish and get sexual satisfaction from seeing feet pictures on instagram...which isn't true...they post it for the men to like their pictures because they know some men have a foot fetish and they want to gain their attention by posting a picture that they would like.....the women have a fetish for attention, and the men have a fetish for feet...not the same

1) I was using part of the definition from fetish that I remember, and recognize...again the women don't look on instagram for feet pictures to admire
2)They do it for men who have a foot fetish...You haven't heard all those rap songs with men talking about feet? "I'm a sucker for cornrows and manicured toes"....they might not know specifically which men have the foot fetish they are doing it to gain the attention of them and their "likes"
