I always was fascinated about how AIDS works. Just the thought of your immune system shutting down slowly but surely. Each disease since biblical times comes at you with such accurate devastation. Your lungs barely can keep up because your air is getting sucked away by the vices of the illness. Your skin develops unknown spots and you resemble a leper to the masses. Doctors going at the thought of helping you recover because you are getting prepped to go to the upper room or the lower decks. Each day of living becomes a heavy burden on your spirits as each giving hour is killing you at alarming rates.

Your final moments are dictated by a breathing machine because your lungs are gone beyond repair. Your family shake their heads and love ones look over you as a shell of a former being. Your brain is long gone due to these dire woes, so you can't think of regrets as your body accepts defeat. The only memory you have is the dying second where you slip into a deep coma and you play the waiting game until it is time to be judge by the man above.
