Probably not the Steam version, the Ultima edition doesn't work as well past XP.

i had the game installed before I moved over to windows 10

Easy solution,

Install either parallel windows or a virtualization environment.
Install whatever windows you used to play FF7 within the parallel windows or virtualization environment
You should be good.

I'm not too familiar with Bootcamp, I know it's a MacOS feature but I've not used it so I can't tell you breh.
