Instead of crying about Wayne, why don't these "crab in a barrel" Louisiana dudes ask about Branford & Wynton Marsalis for the Super Bowl?

Marsalis Brothers are from New Orleans and have been not only performing but active in education and preserving the history of the music we commonly call jazz.

Past SBs in New Orleans have featured tributes to Mardi Gras, tributes to Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington, performances by Ella Fitzgerald, Lionel Hampton, Pete Fountain.

Why aren't they talking about giving these men their flowers?

I, for one, welcome our new space overlords.
But the Superbowl is a global event watched by hundreds of millions. Halftime show acts are usually instantly recognisable and much more exciting than those acts you mentioned.

Lil Wayne lost my respect when I found out he switches his persona around white people. He starts tap dancing and saying anything to impress them.

He's spineless and stands for nothing. We got enough of that. Let Jay Z and his camp keep choosing SB acts because they've done a great job so far. More black performers in 4 years than any other four year span.

And Fukk Nicki Minaj and her unstable, plastic azz

Jay-Z and the NFL doesn’t choose the act. The host city does. New Orleans just didn’t want wayne,

He is now a washed up drug fiend.

And if we're to talk about the degradation of rap, his face would be right up there. He paved the way for mumble rapping junkies with no flow.
And Snoop and friends didn’t push that gangbanging shyt to the masses? They still performed. What’s your point?
