Then they'll foul out
Bruh you can't expect close minded idiots to be open to change... by the way, you stole my thread from a while back
What I said was: do it for technical fouls... and give the coach an option to shoot a freethrow for 1 or go for 2 and do 1 on 1 for 12 seconds only.
As far as regular free throws, dont have to do it for EVERY SINGLE ONE, give let a team do it 3 times a game.... Either shoot the freethrows for 1 point each... Or go 1 on 1 for 2 buckets that count as 2 points each or even 1.5 points each.
Again, this could be limited to 3 to 5 times a game, and the coach could be able to pick which player is the defender....
We just throwing ideas out, we haven't sat and thought of this shyt for months and months like the NBA would if they were to impliment it, the BOTTOM LINE is it'd make the game more exciting...
Anyone saying they wouldn't like this is either an idiot or a hater mad they didn't think of the genius idea first.
EVERYBODY likes 1 on 1 in basketball.... who the fukk doesn't....
To have a game decided on a 1v1 play is the shyt sports memories are made of.
Last note, when I made this thread, I suggested maybe a coach could "throw a flag" 3 times during a game, to call for a 1 on 1 situation (they must have the ball)...
Doing this could either lose a possession, or even let them do the 1 on 1 and keep the ball...
It'll be even because both teams will be able to do it, so no one has an advantage.
Imagine if a team is down by 4 with 3 seconds left... Call for a 1 on 1, get 1 point... then hit a 3...
Who wouldn't love this possibility? Only an idiot with no vision
