Interesting point brought up by the person in this vid, who is Australian Aboriginal.

We typically think of the word black in relation to the Trans-Atlantic slave trade - therefore uniquely specific to those of African ancestry.

Australian Aboriginals do not have African Ancestry and are by most accounts basically Asian and much closer ancestry to stereotypical South East Asians genetically, than African.

However, when you look deeper race is a social construct created by backwards CAC Europeans to justify slavery AND imperialism. The same Europeans who went to Africa are the same ones who went to Australia and they called the people there black.

Science proves race is not a biological construct as Africans have the highest levels of genetic diversity out of any “races”. Basically, an African person could be more genetically different to their neighbor than an Asian person thousands of miles away.

So basically the same CACS from Europe who went to Africa and then the west, did the same thing but in the East.

So since race is a social construct. Technically, Australian Aboriginals are black - since the same Europeans who created race went there and defined them as black.

Tl:dr Australian Aboriginals are black.

And one side note, when I say ‘black’ I don’t mean in the colloquial sense of ‘American Descendant of Slaves’ culturally. Only racially, as in we, along with Africans, and Australians are all in the same race.

Clearly. The fukk ?

Black is a term we've made for the diaspora so yes.

Black is also a term used to describe black Americans without a true nationality which is how most people identify themselves. A moniker for a nameless people

Would you also refer to people with black skin in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, China & Malaysia that are indigenous to those places as black?

There’s also a black group in the Caucasus (Abkhazia in Georgia) around the Black Sea but it seems they’re of direct African descent & they migrated during the Ottoman Empire.

All humans are black,
non blacks are chimeras (Mongoloids and Cauvasuoids)

All other racial categorizations are subraces created from further mongrelization (Arabs and Latinos) and can’t be cleanly identified with the above

Black isn’t defined by africa; it’s a red herring conveniently congruent to modern demographics where most pure humans now just happen to be found in Africa. That wasn’t always the case. Pic related are aboriginal Asians, prior to mongoloid invasion for example.

Their skin is black, yes. Black in Australia in the context of indigenous people is different to the US or really any other version. Just because they’re not African, it doesn’t mean they’re not black.
This

If you have never spent time in Australia and see how they are considered Black in that world then a person wouldn't understand.
They had "no blacks allowed" signs up concerning aboriginals maybe even later than we did as far as civil rights.

They def live a black experience in Australia so how could I take my American definition and change there definition
