Thread topic just alerts the body to keep hold of fats (future starvation mode) etc...small meals will help you lose weight.

yeah i actually do take health advice from chiropractors.

Everybody lazy. They know what they have to do but they looking for some new fancy easier way to do it.

"Eat less run more" will have you lose weight 100% of the time.

I feel so much better when I regularly fast. The last two weeks been fasting 18 to 20 hours every other day and I can notice and feel the difference. the less I eat the better I feel. I know medically not everyone can do this but the average person that can should be doing this.

Do you train several times a week? Lifting in particular?
