Most community college I know, is you just apply to be a student and you start enrolling in class. No need to dress up.
I thought all community colleges have open enrollment.

What type of community college is this? They must of had to many nikkaz come in dressing all crazy. When I went to community college. All I had to do was apply and take a placement test. After the test, I meet with an academic advisior to pick classes and that was it.
