Best interview I've seen in a minute
Wow. A plethora of gems dropped.
Now he hittin with business
Such a random guest, but I was digging it.
Can’t front Michael Irving is mad cool …i worked at the penthouse strip club back in the day here in philly and he was in town for broadcasting /eagles game and he chilled with us the staff (not the girls) and just drank with us and shot the shyt for while after closing
And this club wasn’t in like center city it’s a little out the ways in a neighborhood and he was by himself …after that i had new found respect for him
Funny ass interviews.
Mike always brings them Dolemite on yayo vibes
Mike had me rolling the entire interview
Lived the life
It seems to be a recurring theme of a lot of these sports talent actually being really good interviewers when you can get them out of their character. Same with SAS and Skip.
Damn this was a great interview. I knew Mike was engaging and funny but some of the shyt made him come off as really intelligent. The shyt he was saying about graduating a year early so he could control where he was drafted was ingenious. Or the financial stuff about creating a trust and using that for giving out money to family. And even the way he took control of the interview and guided where he wanted to guide it. Loved his openness too of admitting the wild shyt he did and how he learned to get past it by staying busy. Actually reminds me of Samuel L Jackson and how people made fun of him taking so many roles. He basically said that's the main way for him to stay clean was to stay busy.
this is jewel right here, everything he said about the money and financing stuff. i'm definitely peeping that game.
That last part seems right up your alley though
