“Give me an example of how you have dealt with an under-performing team member in the past.”

I never rly experienced dat. Would it be better to just say I never went thru that and then explain wut I would do in that situation, or just make up a fake situation where it happened?

i always come up with a fake situation to me it shows that you have dealt with things as far as what they might be looking for but i have also heard that its ok to say that you haven't been in a situation like that also

About 80% of my responses in interviews are lies. Interviews might as well go like:

Q: How have you dealt with an irate customer before ?
A: Life is like a fairytale, here in Duckberg

Q: Why do you want to join this organisation ?
A: Racecars, lasers airoplanes here in duckberg

Q: What are your personal accomplishments outside of your professional development ?
A: I'v solved a mystery, and rewrote history

Never got rejected after an interview in my life .

I've embellished on every interview for the past few years, to the point I was employed at 8 different places throughout 2013 and 2014.

When I was telling the truth, I was getting denied. Spruce shyt up and sweet talk, boom, jobs. Why do I have to be a lying sombytch to get

pissant wage jobs?

just tell them what they want to hear. They're basically just making sure you aren't full retarded. So just be like "I've never been in that position, but i would show the kid what to do and motivated him with positive reinforcement, And if that didn't work i would alert management promptly"


Also try to charm your interviewer. Don't be too friendly. But change your attitude to appeal to them. Cuz if you act too fake but the interviewer is more of a slacker they won't give you the call back
