I didn't know that they were using AI to this extent in HR.
Makes sense because no human would give that much detail on reasons for 1st interview selection, or even last.
Speed of references huh? And selected by an automated process and responded to by an automated process.
The even more sad thing though is that soon everyone getting this email from AI, will copy and paste all text into another AI program to summarize it and strategize next action steps.
AI will even say, because you submitted your references early it showed you are a top tier candidate, focus on that, and then when you have the interview with a human they won't even care LOL.
AI will interpret this as written by a human and summarize it as such.
